The deadline for submitting comments has now passed (22nd March 2021). You are still welcome to submit comments via email, however we cannot guarantee that these will be included as part of the planning application.
We invite your comments and suggestions at this initial stage in the design process so we can better understand the site and needs of the local community. There are a range of options to find out more about the project and how to comment.
We have distributed leaflets to those residents and businesses directly affected by the development. Local Councillors have also been informed of the proposals.
Exhibition boards have been erected at the site boundary, such that passers by can find out about the proposal. The leaflet and exhibition boards can be downloaded using the links to the right.

We have responded to the those concerns and suggestions raised by residents thus far in a letter to local area Councillors.

Many thanks to those who have commented on the proposals. We have received over 40 comments thus far, the majority of which have been supportive of developing the site.
We intend to respond in full to suggestions and concerns raised once we have given this feedback due consideration.
